On his 1998 World Tour, hundreds of thousands of people saw the legendary Neil Diamond performing with a custom-made Epiphone �Neil Diamond� Signature SQ-180 guitar. In addition to his many live performances, this guitar was featured prominently on the front and back cover of his 1998 World Tour program.

Gibson is the maker of the Epiphone guitar.

World Tour 2008 - 2009: New Guitar
We recently learned that Neil Diamond was presented with a custom-made Martin guitar after his final concert of the 2008 - 2009 European and North America Tour. On January 8, 2009 in Portland, Oregon, Neil played a custom made Martin that the whole NDRRT (the nickname for Neil's band members) chipped in and bought for Neil. Tom, Neil's longtime band member, says they presented it to Neil at sound check just prior to the Portland show.
